Six years ago, I knew zippo about growing a business or being responsible for finance, HR, and team motivation on my own. As a business owner specializing in IT support and cybersecurity, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to learn and grow alongside other dedicated members of our local chamber of commerce. Coming from a semiconductor background\u2014designing chips and selling hardware and software to support chip development\u2014I had to completely shift my perspective, especially in thinking like a free enterprise business owner. This journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’d like to share some insights on how we’ve cultivated a business mentality that drives success.<\/p>\n

Embracing Collaboration:<\/strong>\u00a0One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned is the power of collaboration. Working with other chamber members has shown me that we can achieve so much more when we pool our resources, knowledge, and experiences.
