The cloud promises anywhere access, lower hardware costs and easier collaboration. For many small and mid-sized businesses, though, it arrived piecemeal: a few people on Microsoft 365, shared files still on an aging server, personal Dropbox accounts holding company data, and nobody quite sure who has access to what. That’s when cloud becomes a security and productivity problem instead of a solution.

CMIT Solutions of the West Phoenix Valley helps businesses with 10 to 100 employees plan, move to and manage cloud services the right way, with security, licensing and training built in from the start.

Moving to the cloud is a project, not a button. We handle it in stages:

Microsoft 365 is far more than email. Used well, it replaces file servers, phone systems and a pile of separate tools. Used carelessly, it becomes a security gap. We help with:

Not every business runs on Microsoft. If your team uses Gmail, Google Drive, Docs and Meet, we support Google Workspace just as fully: user and license management, shared drive organization, security settings such as two-step verification and sharing controls, dedicated backup, and migrations to or from Microsoft 365 when it makes sense.

New software only helps if people use it. Our productivity applications services cover licensing, implementation and training, so your team gets comfortable with collaboration tools and line-of-business applications instead of working around them.

The West Valley stretches from the Phoenix city core to communities like Buckeye, Cave Creek and New River. Many businesses have staff who work from home, travel between job sites or split time between locations. A well-built cloud setup means your team gets the same secure access to files, email and applications whether they’re at the office in Phoenix, at a client site in Peoria or working from home.

We’ll start with a review of your current email, files, licenses and security settings, then show you a clear plan, whether that’s a full migration, a cleanup of your existing Microsoft 365 tenant, or simply better security and backup for what you already use.

Ready for IT that just works?
