He is an MBA from Yale University and served in senior leadership roles at Deloitte and Ernst & Young, managing a book of business of over $100 million and 50+ employees. He has helped multiple startups around the world grow into major enterprises along with exit plans through IPO or strategic buyouts. He leverages experience in technology, strategy, and finance to create powerful strategic drivers of organizational growth.

Bob Schwegler

Bob had a thirty-year career in the financial services industry as a sales group business manager. Responsibilities included all areas of administration and finance: Business analysis and reporting, Budgeting, Expense management and control, Human resources, and Project management.

More About Bob

Recognizing the role of IT for small businesses and realizing the lack of access for them led him to work in the community to fill that need. CMIT has given him the perfect opportunity to both help individuals get into this business and coach them in addition to running an IT support business himself.

Bob joined CMIT in 2010 as a business owner and area developer helping CMIT grow its business in central New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania. Since 2018 he has been a success coach and strategic advisor helping CMIT businesses in this area drive growth and develop their businesses by delivering quality services and solutions.

He has a passion for deep sea fishing and also work as an IGFTO certified observer to foster catch and release tournament and preserve this resource. This has him to Freedom Alliance which is an organization serving wounded veterans and he works with them on taking veterans fishing.

Ashwin Adithiya

Ashwin has twelve years of experience as a Solutions Engineer. He graduated from the University of Madras with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications.

More About Ashwin

He worked with Jubilant Motor division as an IT Assistant Manager for the luxury cars segment. He was responsible for educating other employees on using progressive systems and applications, including Salesforce, DMS, ERP, email communication management G-Suite and Exchange. He has hands-on experience with all versions of Windows Server (up to 2019), Active Directory, Mac OS, VMWare, Hyper-V, Fortinet firewall, Cisco switches and Routers, SDN, Cisco video conferencing, Cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, backup and CRM) and IBM Servers. He handled a 6-member team responsible for ticket management, asset management, IT budget, and infrastructure audits.
