SOLUTION :

The relationship between The Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester and CMIT Solutions of Monroe began seven years ago when Cheryl Nelan and her IT team were brought on to fix malfunctioning computers at the nonprofit. Since then, the CMIT Monroe team has helped execute a proactive IT approach by providing full management of their systems, virtual CIO services and by extending help desk support to meet the needs of every employee at Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester. Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester had to pivot quickly to work remotely when COVID-19 forced operations to change.
