Through the years, she has remained dedicated to elevating the success and visibility of women within the IT and Cybersecurity industry. \u00a0Maitjian Welke is the Co-Owner of CMIT Solutions in Silicon Valley with offices in\u00a0San Jose<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Pleasanton<\/a>.\u00a0 She is a recognized leader in the Diversity Supplier communities serving on the Board of Directors at the Industry Council for Small Business Development and US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Western Region.<\/p>\n

Maitjian Welke is a certified Cyber Security Practitioner by CMMC-AB where she and her team worked with corporations to implement Cyber security solutions for compliances such as NIST, CMMC, HIPAA and more.\u00a0 Maitjian has also developed and is now teaching\u00a0Cybersecurity in Supply Chain course\u00a0<\/a>since Fall of 2021 at the University of California Santa Cruz extension.<\/p>\n
