DE-CLUTTER YOUR INBOX
Do you find yourself screening your Inbox for the e-mails that need your attention? Office 365 has a feature called Clutter that can help you. Clutter filters your incoming email and moves low-priority items (such as newsletters and advertisements) into a separate folder, leaving only important emails in your Inbox. With Clutter, you can focus your attention during the workday on fewer Inbox emails, and tend to your less important items when it is convenient for you. What’s more, Clutter learns which emails are important to you by analyzing your behavior.

EMPOWER YOUR IPHONE AND IPAD
Most people use Apple’s pre-installed “Mail” app to access email on their iPhone and iPad. But did you know that there’s a better way to work with your Microsoft Office email on these devices?
The Microsoft Outlook app for iPhone and iPad brings the power of Microsoft Exchange to your hand-held device. You can download it for free from the Apple Store. It syncs with your Microsoft Exchange email address and integrates across all devices where you use Microsoft email, so changes that you make on one device automatically appear on the others. Its full-featured Calendar allows you to schedule activities, and its People module makes contact management easier than ever before. The Inbox, which can aggregate email from your other email accounts as well (such as Yahoo!, Gmail, and more), includes a “Focused” and “Other” tab to help you stay organized and productive.
