Using a password generator, which can generate long strings of alphanumeric passwords for you, is an invaluable tool. Also, don’t use your name or your birthday in your password as those are easy to figure out.
Remember, the more random the letters and numbers are, the better!

Use it! MFA will reduce hacks by 90% and if you are not using MFA you are exposing yourself and the company unnecessarily.

If you’re unsure of the email sender, regardless of how legitimate the credentials look, do not respond or click on any links or attachments found in the email! Email spoofing is a popular tactic used in phishing and spam campaigns in which the goal of is to get recipients to open, and possibly even respond to, a solicitation.
