Frank Roderus - President

Frank Roderus is a seasoned IT manager and engineer with over 20 years of broad-based experience developing and deploying software, managing data, and supporting IT infrastructure.

Frank has extensive experience in nearly all areas of software and hardware development and deployment. His experience is from widely varied viewpoints including: programmer, technical support, customer support, project manager and systems engineer.

His passions are found in organizational procedures including journal and calendar scheduling. Nothing falls through the cracks once it has been passed off to another department. Frank stays on top of issues until they are resolved.

Jerry Chapman - Infrastructure

Jerry has over 15 years of Information Technology experience.  The majority of his experience has been within Information Technology support within the B2B space.  He has worked with both clients, hardware & software vendors to provide rounded realistic support for ongoing services as well as new technologies deployment roll outs.

Jerry’s experience ranges from Level 1-3 help desk support, systems administrator, network operations support, information technology security analyst, and managing a team of field service IT technicians.

His passion is security focused.  He stays up to date on the IT security landscape through various security focused focus groups as well as various annual security conferences. Jerry has an A.S. in Computer Networking Systems, B.S. in Information Systems Security and Cryptography certificates from Stanford University.

Matthew Riebow - Operations

Matthew began his professional life with a career in TV news. After a few years as a news producer, managing editors and reporters; he returned to school to continue his studies in the field of math, science and software development.

Matthew has shown he is an exceptional IT Professional. As a key member of the support desk team he coordinates and assists users with their technology needs; ranging from Microsoft Office errors to troubleshooting hardware.  Matthew has led multiple e-mail migration projects, and has helped manage many client accounts.

Clients have repeatedly expressed their interest and appreciation of Matthew, and his attention to client satisfaction and success.

We are also part of a larger organization which has a twenty year history of success in technology, business management, and franchising. Our executive team funds market research, selects, tests, and vets the products and companies with whom we do business, and assures that we have additional support channels that other companies do not have, due to the size and strength of our network.  Our entire system collaborates to bring our collective client base the best technology support available today.
