Jared Knisley - President and CEO

Jared has fifteen years of Information Technology experience, of which the last ten have been focused on building enterprise software solutions for the Equipment Finance Industry.  He’s worked at both customers and vendors within the industry and has made significant contributions bridging the gap between complex business requirements and creative technical solutions.

Jared’s experiences have ranged the gamut of information technology; covering roles as a systems administrator, developer, project manager and solutions architect.

His passions are found in solving complex business problems with creative technical solutions.  Jared has an MBA from Idaho State University and a BS in Information Systems from Brigham Young University – Idaho.

Vishav Arora - Director of Professional Services

Vishav has twelve years of experience in the areas of software development, code development, consulting & implementation, agile/project management, scope freezing, re-engineering, and application delivery. He also has an expertise in managing application delivery and new technology implementation for change management related activities within time & cost parameters.

Vishav’s played various roles through out his career including: developer, lead consultant, manager, and principal consultant

Jerry Chapman - Lead Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Jerry has over 14 years of Information Technology experience.  The majority of his experience has been within Information Technology support within the retail business environment.  He has worked with both clients, hardware & software vendors to provide rounded realistic support for ongoing services as well as new technologies deployment roll outs.

Jerry’s experience ranges from Level 1-3 help desk support, systems administrator, network operations support, information technology security analyst, and managing a team of field service IT technicians.

His passion is security focused.  He stays up to date on the IT security landscape through various security focused focus groups as well as various annual security conferences. Jerry has an A.S. in Computer Networking Systems, B.S. in Information Systems Security and Cryptography certificates from Stanford University.

Matthew Riebow - Operations Analyst & Associate Web Developer

Matthew began his professional life with a career in TV news. After a few years as a news producer, managing editors and reporters, he  returned to school to study more in the field of math and science. That education was followed with a coding boot camp that taught web development with a focus on Ruby on Rails. Matthew loves the fact that technology can support such a wide variety of businesses. The opportunity to help other businesses achieve their goals through better software and hardware helps him to leave at the end of each workday feeling satisfied.

We are also part of a larger organization which has a twenty year history of success in technology, business management, and franchising. Our executive team funds market research, selects, tests, and vets the products and companies with whom we do business, and assures that we have additional support channels that other companies do not have, due to the size and strength of our network.  Our entire system collaborates to bring our collective client base the best technology support available today.
