PRESIDENT
Bruce Newman
Originally from the East Coast, Bruce was born and raised in New Jersey. Following his older brother into the technology field, he earned an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation in Massachusetts, where he earned five US patents and fourteen international patents in software and hardware design.
After his engineering tenure, Bruce pursued an MBA in marketing and joined Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in New York. Over ten years, he worked with multiple Fortune 100 companies across various industries, both nationally and internationally. Although consulting brought him to Arizona, he realized that working for large organizations distanced him from the local community.
Desiring a closer local connection, Bruce founded CMIT Solutions of the Northeast Valley in 2008 in Scottsdale. He aimed to bring large company experience and technology to smaller businesses and non-profits, making a local impact. Since then, he has been providing technology strategy, support, and cybersecurity.
As President of CMIT Solutions in the Northeast Valley, Bruce Newman brings his decades of knowledge and experience accessible to small and medium-sized businesses.
