Adam Lopez

Adam Lopez, MBA, is the President of CMIT Solutions of Las Vegas, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, cybersecurity, and program management. With a strong background in managing enterprise IT operations, he has led large-scale technology initiatives for major organizations, including Hard Rock International, Goodwill of Southern Nevada, and Golden Entertainment, where he oversaw the $700 million STRAT renovation. Adam specializes in IT security, cloud computing, and infrastructure optimization, ensuring businesses have the technology they need to scale securely. A UNLV alumnus with an MBA in IT Management, he is dedicated to helping organizations streamline operations and enhance cybersecurity resilience.

Mark Vansweringen

Mark Van Sweringen, our VIP IT at CMIT Solutions of Las Vegas, brings over 20 years of experience in IT leadership, infrastructure management, and application support. With a strong background as an IT Director and Manager, he has led technical teams, optimized hybrid cloud environments, and ensured compliance with security standards such as PCI and SOX. His expertise spans DevOps, IT risk management, and network administration, having successfully reduced IT costs and enhanced operational efficiency in previous roles at eTouchMenu, House Advantage, and Caesars Entertainment. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran with multiple degrees in business and technology, Mark is committed to delivering strategic IT solutions and driving innovation for our clients.

Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions

Slade James

Slade James has joined CMIT Solutions of Las Vegas as Vice President of Infrastructure Solutions, bringing extensive experience in designing secure, high-performance environments for growing businesses. He leads the company’s long-term infrastructure strategy across data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise networks to help clients scale securely and comply with regulations. Day-to-day, Slade manages budgeting, vendor relations, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring, guiding the infrastructure team with an innovative and collaborative approach to ensure resilience, cost-efficiency, and smooth system operations for current and future growth.

Lead Technician

Joseph Trierweiler

Joesph our Lead Technician at CMIT Solutions of Las Vegas, brings a strong foundation in computer science and engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, with expertise spanning networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and embedded systems. He has industry experience as a Technology Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations for a Fortune 500 manufacturer and contributed to IoT development using Azure Digital Twins. His prior work as an Embedded Systems Engineer intern on a Department of Defense project further showcases his technical versatility. Certified in CompTIA A+ and Azure Cloud Fundamentals, with ongoing CCNA studies, he is committed to delivering cutting-edge IT solutions for our clients.
