I'm Ted Ilanchelian, President of CMIT Solutions of Brentwood and Franklin. My mission is to help local businesses stay secure, productive, and prepared for growth. With a background in engineering and business leadership, I adopt a practical, results-driven approach to every client relationship. I believe technology should not only function properly but also protect your business, support growth, and simplify daily operations.
After spending two decades in the corporate world, I decided to build a business that reflects my values and experience. In that transition, I recognized that many small and mid-sized businesses were underserved in terms of technology strategy, responsiveness, and customer care. This insight motivated me to start CMIT Solutions, focusing on delivering high-quality IT support and cybersecurity guidance that help clients reduce risk, improve efficiency, and make smarter technology investments.
I collaborate particularly well with healthcare providers, construction firms, engineering companies, professional service organizations, and financial or wealth managers who value responsive support, clear communication, and dependable cybersecurity advice. My role is to ensure that clients' technology is reliable, secure, and aligned with their goals, allowing them to concentrate on running and expanding their businesses.
Beyond my work with clients, I am committed to community involvement and fostering long-term relationships. I serve on nonprofit boards that focus on education and charity, and I am actively involved in Rotary and other local organizations. I believe that strong businesses and strong communities are intertwined, and this belief is evident in how I serve both my clients and my community.
