Toussaint Carpenter
President & Fractional CIO
Toussaint Carpenter, CISM is President and Fractional CIO of CMIT Solutions of Northwest Metro Detroit, helping small and midsized organizations align technology, cybersecurity, compliance, and AI adoption with business goals.
A former Ford systems and core engineer and inventor on eight electrified-vehicle patents, Toussaint combines deep engineering experience with technology strategy and organizational leadership. He holds master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management, is ITIL certified, and is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership.
Today, he advises Metro Detroit organizations on technology strategy, cyber risk, resilience, compliance, AI adoption, and building scalable IT environments that support long-term growth.
