2. The 30-day surveillance video rule
Nevada cannabis regulations require licensees to keep surveillance recordings for at least 30 calendar days (NAC 453D.434). Many off-the-shelf recorders overwrite old footage when they fill up, so an inspector asking for day 29 could find it gone.
