Is Your Statesville Business Running on a Phone System That Is Holding You Back?

The communication tools most Statesville and Iredell County businesses are running were designed for a world where everyone worked from the same desk in the same building. Working with an IT consulting company that understands how teams actually operate today means replacing those tools with a system that travels with your people — not one they work around.

Your Remote Workers Are Disconnected
Your phone system only works at the desk it was installed on. When your team works anywhere else, calls get missed, and clients start reaching personal numbers instead.
Your Phone System Cannot Keep Up With Growth
Adding a line means calling a vendor, waiting for a technician, and paying for hardware. A system that made sense for five people becomes a bottleneck the moment your team starts to scale.
Microsoft 365 and Teams Is Underused or Misconfigured
Your business already pays for Microsoft 365 but uses it for email and nothing else. Teams calling, meeting rooms, and shared channels are included in that license, unconfigured, and sitting idle while your team works around them.
Your Communication Goes Down, and Nobody Fixes It Fast
When phones go down, the business stops. Your current provider’s response time does not match the urgency of the problem: every hour of downtime costs more than the support call that eventually fixes it.

The Real Cost of Outdated Communication Infrastructure

Statesville businesses running legacy systems or underbuilt cloud tools pay for the gap twice: once in the monthly bill for a system that under-delivers, and again every time an unreachable team member or missed call costs a client relationship.

Feature	Legacy Phone System	CMIT Cloud Communication Solutions

How We Upgrade Your Statesville Business Communication: A Three-Step Framework

Every Statesville and Iredell County business we work with starts from a different communication position: an aging PBX, a misconfigured cloud system, or Microsoft 365 paid for but barely used. Our three-step framework finds where you are, builds what you need, and keeps it running.

Step 1:

Assess & Design

A free Communication Infrastructure Assessment opens every engagement: your current phone system, call volumes, remote working requirements, and Microsoft 365 licensing all go under review. What comes back is a system design scoped to your actual team size, locations, and budget.

Step 2:

Deploy & Integrate

We configure and install your Cloud PBX or Virtual Phone System, port existing numbers, set up call routing, auto-attendant, voicemail-to-email, and SIP Trunking where it reduces line costs. For businesses on Microsoft 365, Teams calling puts business calls inside the platform your team already uses for chat and meetings.

Step 3:

Support & Optimize

Ongoing VoIP Latency and Quality Optimization runs through 24/7 Communication System Monitoring, catching call quality issues before your team raises a ticket. Multi-device Syncing across desk phones, laptops, and mobiles keeps your people reachable whether they are in the office, at home, or on a client site.

Cloud Communication Solutions Built for Statesville Businesses

Powered by Microsoft Teams and leading cloud VoIP platforms, with a 24/7 support team based in the Statesville area. As one of the area’s trusted UCaaS providers, we give Statesville and Iredell County businesses the communication tools and reliability that growing teams depend on, at a flat, predictable monthly cost per user.

Cloud VoIP & Virtual Phone Systems

A Cloud PBX replaces your on-premise hardware with a hosted system that scales with your team. Calls route to any device, numbers port without disruption, and your flat monthly cost per line stays predictable regardless of how many people you add.

Microsoft Teams Calling

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we configure Teams Phone so your people make and receive business calls from inside Teams. One platform handles calls, chat, meetings, and files, with no separate phone system running alongside it.

Call Routing, Auto-Attendant & Voicemail-to-Email

Incoming calls reach the right person or team every time through configured routing rules and auto-attendant menus. Voicemail delivers to email so messages are captured and searchable regardless of where your team is working that day.

Mobile Workforce Connectivity

Softphone apps on mobile and laptop mean your team’s business number travels with them. Calls made from a mobile show your business number, not a personal one, so your team presents professionally wherever the working day takes them.

Video Conferencing & Team Collaboration

HD video meetings, screen sharing, and persistent team chat channels replace the fragmented mix of personal apps your team currently relies on. Every meeting is accessible from any device, and recordings are stored and searchable after the call ends.

SIP Trunking & Number Porting

SIP Trunking connects your existing phone infrastructure to the public network over your internet connection, reducing line costs without replacing hardware that still performs. Existing numbers port to your new system without a gap in service.

Communication System Monitoring & Support

24/7 Communication System Monitoring catches call quality degradation, outages, and configuration drift before they affect your team. When an issue needs hands-on attention, a local engineer is on it within the hour, not the next business day.

Multi-Device Syncing & Remote Configuration

Multi-device Syncing keeps your desk phone, mobile, and laptop in a consistent state: contacts, call history, and voicemail match across every device. Changes to routing, users, or devices are handled remotely without a technician visit.

Why CMIT Solutions of Statesville Is the Right Communication Partner

Local Install & On-Site Engineers

Our engineers are based in the Statesville area and handle every installation in person. When your phone system needs hands-on attention after go-live, a local technician reaches your location within four hours, not a remote session with someone unfamiliar with your setup.

1-Hour Response SLA

When communication goes down, a real engineer is on the issue within the hour, 24/7. Your team stays reachable from any device or location on one business number: no ticket queue, no automated system standing between you and a resolution.

Microsoft 365 Expertise

Being a Microsoft Solutions Partner means we do not just switch Teams calling on. We configure calling, shared channels, and meeting rooms as one integrated system your team can actually use from day one. Businesses that pay for Microsoft 365 often use a fraction of what the license includes: we identify the gaps and close them before your team forms workarounds.

Flat-Fee Predictable Pricing

Your VoIP or Teams calling license, installation, number porting, support, and monitoring are covered under one flat, predictable monthly per-user fee: encryption and enforced MFA included. The quote before work begins is the number on every invoice.

Owner-Level Accountability

Every communication decision goes through the franchise owner directly: calls, support requests, and billing questions all reach the same person. As your team grows or communication needs change, the system scales without replacing hardware or calling a new vendor: the same owner manages every transition.

Unified Communication Services Built Around How Your Industry Actually Works

Every industry carries different communication obligations and compliance pressures: our UC engagements are built around yours, not a generic template.

Healthcare & Medical Practices

A phone system failure in a medical practice does not just affect productivity: it affects patient access. We deploy cloud VoIP and Teams calling configured for HIPAA-compliant communication, with call recording controls, secure messaging, and failover routing: patients can always get through, even when your primary line has an issue.

Legal & Accounting

Client calls in legal and accounting firms carry confidentiality obligations that a standard business phone system was not designed to protect. We configure encrypted communications, call recording with access controls, and number porting, giving your team professional continuity across office moves, remote working, and staff changes without a gap in client-facing service.

Manufacturing, Engineering & Construction

Production floors, job sites, and remote project locations need communication that works without a desk phone or fixed line. We deploy mobile softphone apps, Multi-device Syncing, and cloud routing so your field teams stay connected to the office on the same business number whether they are on a client site, a production floor, or three counties away.

Finance, Wealth Management & Insurance

Financial services firms operating under SEC, FINRA, and state oversight face specific call recording and communication archiving requirements that standard phone systems do not address. We configure compliant call recording, secure client communication channels, and retention policies mapped to the frameworks your regulators audit against, keeping your communication records examination-ready at any point in the year, not only when an audit is announced.

Professional Services, Education & Non-Profit

Lean teams need a phone system that works without a dedicated IT manager to keep it running. We right-size every UC engagement to your team size and budget, with flat-fee, predictable pricing, remote management, and a local engineer on call: your team stays connected and supported without carrying the overhead of managing it themselves.

Serving Statesville, Iredell County & the Surrounding Region

Every UC installation, configuration change, and hands-on support call is handled by engineers who work out of the Statesville area and can be at your location within four hours. No re-explaining your environment to a new technician: the person on site has handled your account from day one.

Frequently Asked Questions About Unified Communications in Statesville

How much does a cloud phone system cost, and what’s included?

Pricing is a flat, predictable monthly per-user fee with no setup surprises: license, installation, number porting, and support are all included. You receive a clear all-in quote before work begins so the cost is known before anyone touches your system.

Can you support our remote and distributed employees?

Your team makes and takes business calls, joins video meetings, and messages colleagues from any device on one number. We configure and secure the full setup so working from a home office, job site, or client location requires no workaround.

Will it integrate with Microsoft 365 and Teams?

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, we configure Teams calling so phone calls happen inside the platform your team already uses for email, chat, and meetings. Prefer a dedicated cloud VoIP platform: we support that and connect it to Microsoft 365 where it helps.

How fast will you respond if our phones go down?

Phone issues get a live engineer on them within the hour, at any time of day. Cloud systems also let us reroute calls to mobiles or a backup location immediately, so your Statesville business stays reachable while the underlying issue is being resolved.

Is a cloud phone system secure and reliable?

Calls are encrypted, admin access runs through enforced MFA, and built-in redundancy means a local outage does not strand your team. We monitor the system around the clock and fail over to mobile or backup connections before the disruption reaches your people.
