Brad Gile took the time to understand our company's complex technical needs and closed the loop on some vulnerabilities. This month he hosted a cyber security training that was both useful and informative for our company but also span the relevance for home use. That was a surprising plus! The CMIT tech team is fast to resolve any issues within minutes of entering a ticket. Their communication is superior and we know each tech by name. This week we experienced, along with may others, a communications blackout which temporarily affected our phone system. We are running a call center so getting back up and running was mission critical! Brad not only alerted us to the blackout before we were even aware of the issue and had a contingent plan in place. He worked into the evening hours with the communications company and before nights end we were back in business. We use CMIT for: General IT services, Office 365 administration, Elevate Communications (VOIP Phone), backup services, computer leasing, and project quotes for augmentation staffing.
