2. What does the “Pro” package include?

Managed services (RMM, antivirus, documentation, warranty management), IT support (remote, on-site hours), cybersecurity (email security, MFA, etc.), network management, productivity apps.

3. What does the “Ultra” package include over Pro?

Faster SLAs, unlimited on-site support, higher security features like SIEM/SOC, network diagramming, cloud file share, disaster recovery, identity management, etc.

4. Can I customize features between packages?

Yes — you can choose modules tailored to your business (e.g. add disaster recovery, extra security, more on-site support) as needed.

5. How are response SLAs defined in each package?

For Pro, on-site support is limited to up to 4 hours; remote support with 2-hour SLA. Ultra offers 1-hour SLA, unlimited on-site support.

6. Is cloud backup part of all packages?

Not in all: cloud file backup, disaster recovery, and backup testing are included in the Ultra package.

7. What network services are included?

Firewall management, WiFi management. In Ultra, network diagramming is provided.

8. What productivity apps are included?

Licenses, setup, support for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are included.

9. How does IT guidance factor into packages?

Some packages (Ultra) include strategic services like risk assessments and planning.

10. Can I upgrade or change the package later?

Yes - the packages are intended to scale with your business and allow migrations to higher tiers as needs evolve.
