Owner

Todd Welke

Todd Welke is the co-owner for CMIT Solutions Southwest Silicon Valley, Greater Palo Alto and Pleasanton in the Bay Area CA. CMIT Solutions in SW Silicon Valley was started in 2009 by owners Todd and Maitjian Welke, and expanded with the acquisition of CMIT in Greater Palo Alto in 2013 and then CMIT in Pleasanton in 2021. We have been successfully serving our Silicon Valley Bay Area clients for over 13 years with a very high retention rate.

Extensive Experience

Todd Welke has extensive experience in the Technology field where both had spent many years working for fortune 500 companies including GTE, KLA-Tencor, HP Lab, and American Express.

Todd Welke was interviewed in this 2014 edition of Cybersecurity for Small Business, where Steve Strauss speaks with Todd to learn more about how to deal with Cryptolocker and Ransomware.

Maitjian is dedicated to bringing her technology experience in helping small and medium corporations with their IT and Cybersecurity. Her article on Email Security was published in the CIO Story Magazine in the 2015 Cybersecurity and Cisco Edition. She had been invited to be on the Cybersecurity Panelists for a number of Cybersecurity Summits and Expos in San Jose, Fresno and Los Angeles and provided a number of Cybersecurity webinars for professionals in recent years. Maitjian recently developed a Cybersecurity in Supply Chain course for University of California Santa Cruz extension and has been teaching it since 2021.

Maitjian is a certified Registered Practitioner by Cyber-AB who is an accreditation body for CMMC established by DoD. As an active VAR Channel Partner for fortune 500 computer manufacturers, she has been recognized in the Women of the Channel by CRN Magazine multi years in a row since 2015 for her leadership and accomplishments. Maitjian also give back and sits on a number of Board positions including on the Board of Industry Council for Small Business Development as the CIO since 2014.

Maitjian Welke has Computer Science background and extensive IT & Software Engineering experience of over 20 years working in fortune 500 corporations including IBM, SUN, CISCO, AMEX, NCR and GOOD Technology prior to starting CMIT Solutions here in Silicon Valley.
