He brings decades of experience in managed services and spent the last 11 years as Chief Information Officer for a major public health organization in Philadelphia, where reliability, security, and governance were mission-critical. Mike’s career spans both sides of IT delivery. He built and scaled managed service organizations earlier in his career, then spent more than a decade leading enterprise IT operations, digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and data initiatives across a large, multi-site public health environment. This combined experience gives him a clear, pragmatic view of how technology must perform when accountability is real and failure is not an option.
