Mike McCain
Michael McCain leads enterprise IT strategy, managed services, and technology operations for organizations operating in complex, regulated environments. He brings decades of experience in managed services and spent the last 11 years as Chief Information Officer for a major public health organization in Philadelphia, where reliability, security, and governance were mission-critical.
Michael’s career spans both sides of IT delivery. He built and scaled managed service organizations earlier in his career, then spent more than a decade leading enterprise IT operations, digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and data initiatives across a large, multi-site public health environment. This combined experience gives him a clear, pragmatic view of how technology must perform when accountability is real and failure is not an option.
His leadership is defined by operational discipline. Michael designs IT environments that are secure, resilient, and aligned to business objectives, with clear governance, strong service models, and measurable outcomes. He is known for bringing structure to complex systems and for leading organizations through change without compromising stability.
