As a certified minority and woman owned small business, we have served corporations in the Silicon Valley and Bay Area since 2009.  We have been doing business with US Department of Energy under Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory since 2013.

Maitjian Welke

Founder and Owner

Maitjian Welke has extensive experience in the technology field where she has spent more than 20 years in various engineering and executive roles working in the IT and Software Engineering field for Fortune 500 companies.  Maitjian started CMIT Solutions in Silicon Valley in 2009 with her partner and husband Todd Welke.   They have grown the company since and expanded with two acquisitions.  Maitjian is a certified Cyber-AB Registered Practitioner in CMMC which is a cybersecurity regulation for the US defense industry base, and she also developed and has been teaching cybersecurity in supply chain at University of California St. Cruz extension since 2021.
