I found the technician that did my cyber security review extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. So many times smart tech people talk "down" to us less versed in technology or belittle us when we have done something wrong. He did not, not at all. He was supportive, listened to my needs, and explained things until I understood. I felt very confident and accomplished when he finished.
