President and CEO
Victor Aldana
From an early age, I always wanted to understand how everything works and developed a deep sense of love and respect for science. I love studying, learning, fixing, and improving. After years of taking apart and (most of the time) putting back together, gadgets and machines of all sorts, I put together my first electronic alarm when I was 13. It was then when I knew that I wanted to be an Electrical and Electronics engineer. During my final undergrad year, I started my professional career as an Apple Macintosh developer for medical and dental software applications, and three years later I switched to the world of telecommunications.
Helping Business Owners Succeed
I spent over 27 years in wireless and optical networks systems engineering, technical sales, and business development at large hardware and software solutions vendors serving the largest telecom carriers’ backbone networks. I have extensive international experience living and working in Latin America, Asia, and North America, and for the past 21 years, I have called Loudoun County, Virginia, my home.
I am a passionate professional, with the highest work ethic, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills, and I am eager to drive and deliver results serving my fellow small and medium-sized business owners.
I strongly believe in relationships built on trust and lasting over time. My hometown team, which is supported by a national firm with a powerful group of Alliance Partners, will give you the results you need to navigate and succeed in your business IT and Digital Transformation journey.
