In his previous role as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with a global telecommunications company, Todd collaborated with international teams and customers in multiple countries, gaining valuable experience in enterprise-level technology solutions. He now leverages this expertise to deliver enterprise-class IT services to small and medium-sized businesses at accessible prices.

Todd founded CMIT Solutions Kelowna Okanagan to bring his vision to life, combining CMIT’s established IT platform with his deep industry knowledge to provide comprehensive managed IT services tailored to the Okanagan Valley business community.

Angela Chapman is the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources at CMIT Solutions Kelowna, Okanagan. She is passionate about building thriving businesses, both externally through client partnerships and internally through creating an exceptional workplace culture.

With extensive corporate expertise combined with entrepreneurial insight, Angela simplifies complex business challenges and delivers measurable value to clients. Arielle brings technical expertise and genuine customer focus to the CMIT Kelowna team. Currently pursuing her degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Toronto, she combines analytical thinking with a passion for solving complex problems.

With over two years at CMIT Solutions and three years in customer service, Arielle understands that responsive support is essential in the IT industry. She seamlessly handles both technical implementation and administrative responsibilities, moving fluidly across projects to deliver solutions that empower business growth.

Beyond the office, Arielle feeds her creative spirit through art, music, nature, and cinema. These perspectives inform her innovative problem-solving approach and ability to see challenges from fresh angles with out-of-the-box thinking.

I.T. Technician

Amber Hawker

Amber is pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia and is an I.T. Technician at CMIT Solutions, and has quickly established herself as a key technical leader since recently joining our team.

She has seamlessly transitioned into a lead technical role, taking on critical infrastructure and support responsibilities. Amber has implemented essential processes and systems improvements. Her problem-solving expertise has resolved complex infrastructure issues that were impacting client operations, while her development skills have enabled her to write custom code to support business needs. With a strong foundation in infrastructure management through her multi-year ongoing homelab project, combined with hands-on experience in computer diagnostics and repair, Amber brings both technical depth and practical troubleshooting ability to every challenge.
