His career is distinguished by notable leadership positions within various esteemed organizations, where he has developed a robust knowledge base in IT services and technologies. Arvind’s strategic acumen and client-focused philosophy, which are central to his approach, ensure meticulous analysis and fulfillment of business requirements while continuously improving IT service delivery and issue resolution.
Arvind’s educational background includes advanced courses such as COBIT and ITIL, which have given him critical skills in project management, IT service management, strategic business planning, and cybersecurity. His personal life is devoted to his family, including his wife and children.
