Tanya Spencer
Tanya Spencer is a seasoned executive, leadership consultant, and co-owner of CMIT Solutions serving businesses across the West and South Orlando metro areas. After more than three decades in senior leadership roles at GE and GE Vernova, spanning global sales, marketing, and operations, Tanya combined her corporate expertise with her passion for helping organizations thrive through technology.
Together with her son Leonard Jr., a former U.S. Naval Officer with expertise in IT and cybersecurity, Tanya launched their family-run MSP to serve local businesses with integrity, reliability, and care. From building their first computers at home to exploring AI solutions, the Spencer family has always believed in the power of technology to simplify work and accelerate growth.
