Tanya Spencer
As the owner of CMIT Solutions West Orlando & Kissimmee, Tanya Spencer brings over two decades of executive leadership experience from General Electric, where she was responsible for driving growth, operational efficiency, and strategic planning in multi-million dollar business units.
With a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Tanya combines deep technical knowledge with a powerful business acumen. Throughout her career, she has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and inspiring teams.
Her approach is grounded in Lean principles—an engineering mindset focused on identifying and eliminating waste to maximize value. For her clients, this means she doesn’t just fix IT problems; she analyzes workflows and business processes to ensure your technology infrastructure actively supports your company’s core objectives. She understands that for business owners, technology isn’t just about hardware and software—it’s about productivity, security, and achieving a competitive edge.
Lead Technician
Leonard Spencer
As our Lead Technician, Leonard Spencer is the backbone of our clients’ technical stability and security. With a distinguished background as an Information Systems and Electronic Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy, Leonard brings a level of discipline, precision, and defensive strategy rarely found in the private sector.
His experience includes serving on a Navy Blue Team, a group exclusively dedicated to defending networks against active cyber threats. This front-line experience in cyber defense, combined with his role in maintaining mission-critical electronic systems, has given him a proactive, security-first mindset. Leonard doesn’t just solve IT problems, he anticipates them.
Leonard holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and is continuously advancing his expertise. His background required a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance, a testament to his integrity and reliability. For our clients, this means their most sensitive data is managed by a professional with a proven history of operating under the highest standards of trust and discretion.
