We had gone through several IT firms prior to CMIT and had continued to outgrow them as our firm expanded.  If you have ever had the nightmare of working with mediocre IT firms before, then you will understand and appreciate the professionalism of the CMIT team.  Our monthly package includes ongoing system monitoring as well as hand holding whenever we have questions or issues.  In addition, they offer quarterly reviews where we talk through how the system is working (diagnostics) as well as what they are seeing in terms of software issues, space issues and computer issues into the future.  We hired the team to move us when we relocated as well as well as changing out our server.  Both of these major projects went off without a hitch!
