Yusuf Ujjainwala

While growing up, I was always curious about technology, computers and software. I enjoyed earning a Computer Engineering degree and spent a quarter century doing jobs in corporate technology before opening my CMIT office. My mission is to use my education, skills and experience to serve the technology needs of the local community.

I am Yusuf Ujjainwala, owner of CMIT Solutions serving Austin East. My team is passionate about helping you focus on your business while we take care of your technology needs. In addition to my team, I am backed by the CMIT experts across the country to get any and every IT issue resolved. We combine the friendly neighborhood service you deserve with the enterprise support of a nationwide firm.

CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Usi Aimiuwu

Born in Edo State, Nigeria, Usi is the youngest of seven children and a man of many talents. He is fluent in three languages—English, Bini, and Pidgin English. Usi serves as Chief Strategy Officer for CMIT Solutions in San Marcos and New Braunfels. He is also an avid real estate investor.

Since moving to the United States, Usi has lived in seven different states, gaining diverse experiences from the Midwest to the Northeast and finally settling in Texas where he started his journey with CMIT Solutions. After serving as President and CEO, he has shifted his attention to his family and now resides in Chicago supporting his wife who is starting her residency program. In the meantime Usi still consults with CMIT on security issues and concerns.

He enjoys traveling with his family, which includes his wife and two children. Usi participates in international media programs and is an active volunteer with organizations like the Knights of Columbus, Lions, Rotary, and ENAW.

In his downtime, Usi enjoys a good ribeye steak, cooked medium-well, paired with a glass of Moscato. He’s a dynamic individual with a passion for community involvement, making him a valuable member of any team.

Level I Technician

Omar Sey

Omar Sey brings a mission-driven mindset and a passion for problem-solving to every project he tackles. Originally from The Gambia, Omar grew up in a close-knit community where camaraderie, discipline, and time spent outdoors helped shape the values he carries into his work today.

Following his service in the U.S. Army, Omar transitioned into the IT field, drawn to the ever-evolving world of technology and the opportunity to make digital environments more secure and user-friendly. His background includes military logistics and extensive technical training, including a Network Engineering program from CyberTex Institute of Technology. He holds multiple certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Server+, and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems from the California Institute of Applied Technology.

When he’s not troubleshooting networks or helping clients build stronger systems, Omar enjoys hiking, exploring new tech, and spending time with his family. He’s also active in community volunteer work, staying grounded through service to others.

A fun fact? Omar speaks five languages—English, French, Wolof, Fula, and Mandingo—giving him a unique edge in connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds. With a strong commitment to excellence, a global perspective, and a heart for helping others, Omar is dedicated to delivering IT solutions that truly make a difference.

Level II Technician

Taylor Raines

Taylor Raines grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where he appreciated the city’s rich culture and the emergence of local businesses. With over 15 years of experience in IT, Taylor thrives on the industry’s ever-evolving nature, embracing new challenges and daily problem-solving. His diverse background spans the medical, educational and financial sectors, working both as a direct hire and through MSP services. Taylor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information System Security and an eJPT certification.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys playing games, watching movies, reading, and expanding his knowledge through continuing education. A little-known fact about him—he’s adopted and, while he doesn’t know his biological family, he has discovered his ancestry and heritage, which he finds fascinating.

Service Delivery Manager

Ryan Kouvolo

Ryan Kouvolo isn’t your average IT professional — and he’s the first to admit it. With a background that blends customer service, tech know-how, and a lifelong love of music, Ryan brings personality and precision to his role as Service Delivery Manager at CMIT Solutions.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Go Steelers!), Ryan grew up surrounded by sports, Slavic comfort food like pierogies and stuffed cabbage, and a strong sense of community. Today, he lives in Upstate South Carolina with his wife and daughter, cheering on the Clemson Tigers and staying closely connected to both his roots and his passions.

With more than 15 years in the IT field—and over a decade at CMIT Solutions — Ryan plays a key role in ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively. In addition to managing service delivery for the Austin-East/New Braunfels office, he serves on CMIT’s Technical Advisory Council (TAC), a national leadership group focused on emerging technologies, franchise engagement, and service innovation across the CMIT network.

Ryan holds a BA in Communication Studies from Clemson University and has completed numerous partner certifications throughout his career. His unique blend of technical expertise and people skills makes him an asset to clients and team members alike.

Outside the office, Ryan is a professional saxophonist who has been playing for more than 35 years. He currently performs with the Stone Groove Band, a 1970s rock group, and teaches saxophone lessons at a local fine arts center.

A little known fact about Ryan? He maintains a large sports card collection and once worked in media relations for the Greenville Grrrowl, a former ECHL minor league hockey team.

Whether he’s fine-tuning a network or jamming to Tower of Power, Ryan approaches everything with passion, creativity, and a desire to help others succeed.

Level II Technician

Vinesh Shah

Vinesh Shah brings more than a decade of IT expertise to CMIT Solutions, with a career rooted in curiosity, innovation, and a deep desire to help others feel confident in their technology. Raised in the vibrant city of Mumbai, Vinesh grew up surrounded by cultural diversity and nonstop energy — both of which shaped his perspective and drive for excellence.

His tech journey began as a Dell technician and quickly evolved with a pivotal role on the Microsoft Office 365 team. There, he collaborated with Microsoft Technical Advisors and gained firsthand access to cutting-edge tools and training. This experience ignited his passion for Azure Cloud. And today, Vinesh specializes in developing cloud-based solutions that streamline and future-proof business operations.

Vinesh holds a Diploma in Computer Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (B.Sc-IT). He is also certified as an Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) through Microsoft.

What truly sets Vinesh apart is his approach to client care. He doesn’t just fix problems — he takes the time to explain the “what” and the “why,” building trust and helping clients understand the systems they rely on. His calm, informative style has made him a favorite among clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Vinesh finds balance and inspiration through weekend bike rides, watching documentaries, and diving into a good book.

Level I Technician

Caleb Schimank

Born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas, Caleb Schimank has always had an appreciation for the outdoors, warm weather, and the natural beauty of the Hill Country. That grounded perspective shows up in his work — steady, thoughtful, and committed to helping clients stay connected and secure.

Caleb began studying information technology nearly five years ago and has recently stepped into the professional world of IT with CMIT Solutions. He’s a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and a graduate of Northeast Lakeview College, where he built a strong foundation in networking and systems support.

As one of the youngest members of the CMIT team, Caleb brings a fresh perspective, a strong work ethic, and a hunger to keep learning. Whether he’s supporting day-to-day operations or troubleshooting complex systems, he’s focused on growing his skills while helping others with theirs.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Caleb on the golf course whenever time allows — trading tech for tee time. And in case you’re curious… yes, he used to have a pet snake.

With a calm presence and a curiosity for all things IT, Caleb is excited to grow with CMIT and be part of delivering smart solutions for local businesses.

Project Manager

Mohammed Pardawala

Mohammed Pardawala brings more than 20 years of global experience to CMIT Solutions, combining deep industry knowledge in banking and capital markets with a passion for client service and operational excellence. Based in Mumbai, India, Mohammed has spent his career working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions—including Citi, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Daiwa Group—developing a reputation for precision, professionalism, and proactive leadership.

His career spans a wide array of disciplines, including transaction processing, global custodial operations, mutual fund services, registrar and transfer agency operations, trade finance, and process transitioning. He’s especially skilled at reengineering workflows, launching new processes from the ground up, and managing both onshore and offshore operations for global clients.

Since joining CMIT Solutions of Austin East in 2021, Mohammed has become a cornerstone of the team. His current focus areas include project management, email administration and security, and client contracts and invoicing. Whether he’s managing timelines or troubleshooting systems, Mohammed ensures that every project runs efficiently and with the highest level of service.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai and is known for his out-of-the-box thinking, team-oriented leadership, and strong communication skills.

Outside the office, Mohammed is deeply committed to community service and is an avid cricket fan. His global perspective, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset make him a valued and trusted member of the CMIT team.

Systems Administrator

Hamza Jesawada

With over 12 years of experience across IT infrastructure management, system administration, and network support, Hamza Jesawada is a key member of the CMIT Solutions team. Based in India and currently supporting clients remotely, Hamza brings a wealth of hands-on expertise to every project — earned through years of working with diverse technologies and business environments in both India and the UAE.

Hamza grew up in Nashik, a city known as the grape and wine capital of India. He credits the city’s cool, comfortable climate and community values for shaping his calm and collected approach to problem-solving. His technical journey began with a Diploma in Computer Systems and a Bachelor of Commerce from Pune University, followed by advanced training in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Before joining CMIT Solutions in 2022, Hamza spent nine years in the UAE, where he designed and implemented network systems, provided L1/L2 technical support, managed server environments, and led infrastructure buildouts for new office setups. Today, he supports CMIT’s clients with endpoint management, remote troubleshooting, backup monitoring, and system security — with a steady focus on performance and reliability.

When he’s not working, Hamza helps run his family’s business, volunteers at local community kitchens, and loves to travel and explore new places. He’s also a fan of good cinema and enjoys winding down with a great movie.

Whether he’s restoring critical systems, building resilient networks, or simply answering a tech question with patience and clarity, Hamza brings consistency, experience, and a passion for service to everything he does.
