President and CEO
Diaa Youssef
Diaa Youssef is the President and CEO of CMIT Solutions Newport Beach. With more than 17 years of experience in telecommunication and information technology, Diaa is prepared to provide IT support in Newport Beach to local businesses.
Before joining the CMIT Solutions team, Diaa worked as the Director of Customer Operations of LINKdotNET (currently Orange S.A.). He was a member of their decision-making team and managed service delivery and operations.
Helping Newport Beach Businesses Grow
Diaa’s previous executive positions include LINKdotNET, Egypt’s leading internet service, and solutions provider. He was responsible for the operations and support for BT Infonet (British Telecom) in Egypt via LINKdotNET. He also provided managed data communication services for worldwide corporations. Diaa’s experience includes operations management, service delivery, network operations, and high-speed internet access services for business and consumer sectors.
He is the recipient of several awards for outstanding customer service and performance. Diaa’s goal is to build a best-in-class team of professionals who offer superior IT services and IT support in Newport Beach to small and medium-sized businesses.
Diaa holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
