I hired CMIT of Cherry HIll to overhaul, secure, monitor and manage IT for our law firm of 100+ users seven years (and 3 renewal contracts) ago. With top-10 banks as our primary clients, we are quite demanding of CMIT to stay on top of the banks’ rigorous security and compliance requirements.  In those seven years, we have never experienced any sort of security event.  And I can happily report that CMIT has been “on the ball” with regard to all aspects of our IT environmnent. CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill has been a technology service provider to All American Poly (AAP) since July 2019. This developed as a result of CMIT purchasing Waytek who was the previous provider of hardware/software purchases, licensing and emergency technical support since 2010. This transition occurred smoothly with CMIT honoring the current annual contract. Due to the changing business environment and our growth strategy, CMIT recommended enhanced services taking a layered approach to Cyber Security. These measures significantly reduced overall security concerns. Their knowledgeable staff and responsible approach to technology support has provided additional value to our organization. During the recent restructuring of our IT Department, CMIT was active in our search to identify the IT Professional skill set needed to implement a new business ERP system. CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill has handled our I.T. services twice.  We sold one company and as we moved to another, CMIT Solutions of Cherry Hill was always going to be part of our second venture.  The trust we have in them made the decision simple and knowing they support all of our needs allowed us to feel confident in our structure and security.  They have always been able to assist with any need, answer any question and be available at a moments notice for urgent concerns or emergencies. We reached out to CMIT one horrible morning when out server crashed.  I called many companies that morning, but Bob returned my call almost immediately and sent his senior engineer Dan to our location.  He had us back up and running in less than an hour. Over the course of the next few months, CMIT helped us upgrade our severs, install a proper firewall and setup an amazing system for both local and offsite backups.  The systems they have installed work so well that I rarely need to call on them, but when I do, issues are handled quickly and seemlessly.  Many thanks to Bob, Dan and the rest of the CMIT team. The staff was extremely professional, met all of our expectations, and made the switchover as painless as could be expected.
