Microsoft is in the process of launching live captions for Teams meetings this month, with the roll out expected to be completed by the end of November. This features improves the accessibility of Microsoft products.

A few more features are a whiteboard update, where it masks out someone drawing on a physical whiteboard, allowing remote meeting members to still see the physical whiteboard when it’s in use as well as a Live Events feature which allows Microsoft Teams users to broadcast a meeting or event to up to 10,000 people.

With more than 500,000 organizations already using Microsoft Teams, it remains an appealing choice for businesses that already pay for the Office suite of apps and continues to rival Slack.
