After discovering that he had reached his destination without his laptop in tow, the client called TSA at the airport to report his missing computer. He included the specs of the computer, plus the fact that there was a CMIT sticker on it. TSA reached out to Mark Boedecker, president of CMIT Solutions of Southwest Charlotte, and within a half hour, the search for the owner was on. Multiple franchise offices across the country communicated with one another and worked together to track down the owner and get the laptop shipped safely back to the client in New York City.

“This is an amazing example of the kind of collaborative environment that CMIT Solutions fosters at every level,” said Boedecker, whose background in the military led him to the proven system of CMIT Solutions. “As soon as I got the call from TSA, I knew that my top priority was to return this laptop safe and sound to its owner. Our clients are business owners themselves, and working without a computer is a recipe for disaster. We jumped on it immediately and got the ball rolling.”
