After discovering that he had reached his destination without his laptop in tow, the client called TSA at the airport to report his missing computer. He included the specs of the computer, plus the fact that there was a CMIT sticker on it. TSA reached out to Mark Boedecker, president of CMIT Solutions of Southwest Charlotte, and within a half hour, the search for the owner was on. Multiple franchise offices across the country communicated with one another and worked together to track down the owner and get the laptop shipped safely back to the client in New York City.
