CMIT Connect Live 2023

Leading IT services franchise announces strategic initiatives and commemorates franchisee accomplishments.

AUSTIN, Texas – CMIT Solutions, a leading information technology (IT) managed services provider (MSP), held its annual conference from August 27 – 30 in Austin, TX. Named “CMIT Connect Live!” the conference highlighted key industry insights and strategic initiatives that promise to shape CMIT’s trajectory towards an impressive goal: attaining $200 million in systemwide revenue in the next three to five years.

Roger Lewis, the CEO of CMIT Solutions, shared a series of targeted initiatives such as:

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) program to set appointments for franchise locations to get in front of new prospects
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) program to allow franchisees access to capital for local business growth
  • Deal Desk initiative to help franchisees grow their business by winning more deals
  • Marketing Coordinator program that will enhance local marketing support for each location
  • CMIT National Store to accelerate the brand’s growth system

“It’s been a pleasure to gather with our franchisees and technology partners to acknowledge the collective support that underpins our progress,” said Lewis. “Our commitment to attaining $200 million in systemwide revenue is our focus as we continue to build momentum, and we remain dedicated to providing businesses with reliable technology while delivering accessible, top-tier IT and cybersecurity services. The industry’s robust expansion makes the present moment the best time to be part of the CMIT Solutions family.”

CMIT Solutions spoke to several other key initiatives centered on reaching their $200 million revenue mark. This includes the launch of their new website earlier this year, growing more multi-location accounts and additional technology partner co-marketing initiatives such as tradeshows and webinars to increase local marketing enablement that generates leads and contributes to the growth of CMIT Solutions’ businesses across North America.

Throughout the three-day conference, franchisees were also able to attend extensive sales and marketing trainings and educational seminars. They also had opportunities to share best practices with one another. The accomplishments of franchisees and supplier partners were celebrated as well with an award ceremony.

Lewis presented the highest annual honor, “Franchise of the Year,” to the CMIT Solutions in Tribeca owner, David Grubb. This recognition was earned for achieving a series of high marks in all criteria judged, including total revenue, operations, number of managed seats, and participation within the franchise system.

Additional honorees from the CMIT Connect Live! award ceremony includes:

  • President’s Award – Camille Hamilton (CMIT Solutions in Northwest Houston Suburbs)
  • Rookie of the Year – Rachele Schainker (CMIT Solutions in San Mateo)
