CMIT Solutions expands in West Austin

Austin-based technology services company CMIT Solutions Inc. is opening an office in West Austin.

Former IBM Corp. (NYSE: IBM) and BMC Software Inc. (Nasdaq: BMC) executive John Pullen is launching the information technology services franchise, officials said Tuesday.

CMIT Solutions, founded in 1996, employs 20 workers at its local headquarters, while its 127 franchise owners employ 750 workers nationally.
