Len DiCostanzo has spent decades working at the intersection of technology and business – first as a business owner himself, then as a senior executive helping thousands of companies use technology to grow, compete, and operate more efficiently.

As the founder and CEO of a technology consulting firm, Len worked directly with small and mid-sized businesses to implement the systems and infrastructure they needed to run their operations day to day. He saw firsthand how quickly the gap between what technology promises and what businesses actually experience can become costly.

Today, through his advisory firm MSP Toolkit, Len works with a network of managed service providers – including CMIT Solutions – to help business clients navigate the AI era with clarity and confidence. Stuart has owned and operated small businesses in Austin, Texas, since 1989. After graduating from Oklahoma State University, he has operated businesses ranging from restaurants to professional services.
