Most businesses know AI can save time. Actually making that happen is a different story.

Teams across sales, operations, and customer service are still spending hours each week on tasks that AI could handle today. Not because the technology isn’t ready, but because no one has connected the dots between the tools available and the work that needs to get done.

In just 30 minutes, CMIT Solutions alongside Len DiCostanzo of MSP Toolkit will walk you through the AI automations that are already saving small and mid-sized businesses real time and real money, with real examples and use cases across departments. We’ll also introduce a concept that takes automation a step further: AI agents that can carry out entire workflows on their own.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A clear picture of what AI automation actually means in day-to-day business operations
  • Real, specific use cases across sales, operations, customer service, and finance
  • Real examples of businesses cutting hours of manual work every week
  • An introduction to AI agents and how they go beyond simple automation
  • A self-assessment to help you find your own best starting point

Whether you want to free up your team, reduce errors, or just stop doing things the hard way, this session will show you exactly where to start, and what’s coming next.

Expert Speaker

Len DiCostanzo

Owner/CEO, MSP Toolkit

Len DiCostanzo has spent decades working at the intersection of technology and business – first as a business owner himself, then as a senior executive helping thousands of companies use technology to grow, compete, and operate more efficiently.

As the founder and CEO of a technology consulting firm, Len worked directly with small and mid-sized businesses to implement the systems and infrastructure they needed to run their operations day to day. He saw firsthand how quickly the gap between what technology promises and what businesses actually experience can become costly.

Today, through his advisory firm MSP Toolkit, Len works with a network of managed service providers – including CMIT Solutions – to help business clients navigate the AI era with clarity and confidence. His focus is on two things that matter most to business owners right now: getting AI tools under control before they create risk, and turning the manual, repetitive work that slows every business down into automated processes that free up people and cut costs.

Len brings a no-hype, business-first perspective to AI. He is not here to talk about what AI might do someday. He works with businesses already dealing with the reality of employees using AI tools without oversight, processes that could be automated but have not been, and the growing gap between companies that are managing AI intentionally and those that are not.
